辛集市行政審批局已正式掛牌運(yùn)行。首批將原來分散的315項(xiàng)審批職能劃轉(zhuǎn) 至行政審批局，劃轉(zhuǎn)事項(xiàng)多，涵蓋內(nèi)容廣泛。審批事項(xiàng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了 "一枚印章管審 批”的目標(biāo)，實(shí)行了 “百證聯(lián)辦”、"多證合一”便利化登記審批，讓辦事群 眾進(jìn)一扇門，辦成一攬子事，只需蓋一枚章，真正達(dá)到便民的目的。 

著力深化"放管服”改革，企業(yè)開辦時(shí)間壓縮到3個(gè)工作日以內(nèi)，198項(xiàng)行 政許可事項(xiàng)實(shí)現(xiàn)"最多跑一次”，734項(xiàng)政務(wù)服務(wù)實(shí)現(xiàn)在線辦理，網(wǎng)上可辦率達(dá)到99.19%。

Efforts have been made to deepen the reform of "deregulation services". The start-up time of enterprises has been reduced to less than three working days. 198 administrative licensing items have been "run once at most'1, and 734 government services have been handled online. The online handling rate has reached 99.19%.
