 "物流園區(qū)一物流中心一配送中心"三級體系設(shè)置，物流節(jié)點布局為環(huán)狀層次型，規(guī)劃在辛集市內(nèi)設(shè)置兩 個不同規(guī)模、不同性質(zhì)的物流園區(qū)，四個物流中心，六個配送中心。 以保稅園區(qū)為核心的啟動區(qū)，一期倉儲面積10萬平方米，年貨物周轉(zhuǎn)量100萬噸，在其北部規(guī)劃建設(shè)多 期，1500畝的凍品商貿(mào)集散、冷鏈倉儲、肉類及水產(chǎn)加工、分撥物流配送等為主體的凍品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。
